Do you know you can use ICA Smart Services, the online system that allows you to register your arrival and departure information while applying for your Emirates ID and Residential Visa in Dubai?
The Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Security Ports Authority (“ICA”) is the UAE government entity responsible for matters involving citizenship, customs, and port security.
The agency has introduced innovative ways to make processing a wide variety of government services easier. For example, as of 2022, it eliminated the need for residency visa stickers on passports.

ICA Smart Services covers a wide range of government services for residents and visitors to the UAE. For example, you can submit your proof of COVID vaccination via the ICA system, apply for a tourist visa, check visa validity, pay outstanding fines, and process or cancel residency visas. It can even be used to apply for “Golden Visas” which are long-term residence visas valid for five years.
UAE nationals can gather information on passport applications, renewals, and family book services.
